"I've lived overseas for 16 years in 4 different countries and have also lived on both coasts, the midwest, the south, in over a dozen states. In all these places, I seek out Indian restaurants as this is my favorite foreign cuisine. I have easily dined at over 100 such establishments. Spice Root is by far THE BEST I've ever eaten at, from food, to service to atmosphere combined--and above all, affordable and unpretentious. This is a treasure to have tucked away in the Northern Berkshires! Well done Spice Root!"
